Andrea came to the Spanish Language Center to improve her Spanish through private classes. Her focus was in conversation but with a strong review of the grammar.

She studies Spanish in order to be able to keep in touch with friends in Mexico.

In spite of her hectic schedule due to work, charity events, traveling, dancing, family and social activities, Cheri always finds time to come for Spanish classes.

She is committed to becoming fluent in Spanish in order to communicate better with her patients and their relatives.

Diana joined an intermediate group conversation class after working up and developing her Spanish skills in other schools.

At her current intermediate level, she is determined continue and to move on to the next level.

Elena complements her postgraduate studies and work with advance conversation classes. She has been taking classes with us on and off since July 2002.

Flora Aguilar is a retired teacher.

Jaime believes that there is more to life than work. He enriches his life by learning about history, art, and people of other cultures - all of which he does by taking private classes at the Spanish Language Center.

After trying several Spanish schools, he began taking private conversation classes with us in February 2000, and has been with us ever since!

He attends one-hour classes twice a week, and he compliments his studies with frequent trips to Mexico, where he plans to one day retire.

Mark is an attorney at law whose practice deals with Spanish speaking clients. He studies Spanish because he wants to improve his communication with them to have a better understanding of their cases.

Mark also enjoys traveling with his wife and is always looking forward to using his Spanish skills in Spain, Mexico or whatever Spanish speaking country he visits.

Michelle became a fluent Spanish speaker back in 2001, when she spent 7 months in a Spanish immersion program in Chela, Guatemala.

As soon as she returned to the United States, she joined the Spanish Language Center's Advance Conversation class and has been an on and off student ever since.

Rachel learned and studied Spanish at Cornell University. Now she wants to improve her skills with intermediate conversation classes.

JRita became involved with the Spanish language ever since she moved to live in Acapulco for a few months in her early twenties.

She now enjoys speaking in Spanish and specially listening to oldies in Spanish as well as good tequila with her meals once in a while.
